Palms, Beaches, Forts, and beauty in Puerto Rico

This is a different view of the ocean, with a beautiful palm tree, and waves crashing, etc. I would love to go back and spend more time there. During the battles that were fought from the fort, through many wars, this would have been the view of the people there. Such beauty, no wonder they had such a great defense in place. On our trip to Puerto Rico, we got to see a lot of coastline, which I love. I love this picture, as there was an area outside of the fort area. The color of the domed building is beautiful. The water was so pretty, and my only regret was to not get to spend more time there. The fort, has been the scene of many many battles over time. The history alone was just so cool to learn about.

My Trip to Puerto Rico

We had the awesome opportunity of going on a cruise, it was a trip of a life time. On the cruise, we stopped in Puerto Rico, and I loved what I saw of it.

It is an interesting and beautiful place to see, with an incredible amount of history there. This blog is to share about Puerto Rico, what it was like to cruise and visit there. In the short time we were there, I have some fond memories already.

Like my younger son, flying a kite on the big huge grassy areas outside the fort on the end of the Puerto Rico. It was the perfect day to fly a kite, and it was a true joy for him to run around and fly the kite after visiting the fort there.
